Because most orders are Custom, we do not start orders until they are "Paid In Full". We find Pay Pal To be the easiest option.

*All of Off The Wall Creations products are hand made when ordered. Please remember it takes time to create beautiful custom work. All orders are completed within a minimum of 8 business days. (If your order is completed sooner, I will notify you through email.) Depending on the product purchased, shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 business days to get to the desired destination.

*If you are ordering from the lower 48, please allow a few extra shipping days.Most products ship out within a week of your order. However, some products can take longer.

*If you would like your order rushed,please notify us when ordering. Please include the date that you would like to receive the products. An additional 10% of your order will apply. You
will be notified by email your complete total including rush order charges.

*Products will be shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation Tracking. We will include a tracking number with all orders.

*Returns must be shipped via a service that allows the package to be traced. Insurance is optional but highly recommended. Please include with your return, reason for return, and refund or product replacement request.
